HOW OUR TEAM WORKS
Our team coordinates member support, meetings, and network communications. We share member feedback internally and work together to follow up on requests, plan activities, and keep members informed about the network’s progress.
HOW WE STAY IN TOUCH
We connect with members through direct communication, monthly meetings, and our real-time member platform. Monthly meetings give members space to share freight industry news from their countries, hear network updates, and stay familiar with the people they work with overseas.
HOW WE SUPPORT MEMBERS
We help members find relevant contacts within the network, make introductions, and use the platform to connect with one another. When members have questions or need help reaching the right person, our team assists with the next steps.
We also listen to members’ ideas and concerns to understand where the network can better support their daily work.
HOW WE HELP MEMBERS GAIN VISIBILITY
We feature members in our network communications, sharing their company updates, services, and local market insights to help fellow members understand their capabilities and know who to contact for specific freight needs.
Through trade fairs, exhibitions, and trade missions, we also represent our members and, where possible, create opportunities for them to participate, introduce their businesses, and meet potential partners.
