A well-prepared enquiry gives a forwarding partner a clearer view of the shipment you want them to assess. Use the first message to explain the movement and identify any details that still need confirmation.
Describe the movement
Share the origin, destination, expected cargo-ready date and the service you are requesting. Include the available cargo description, dimensions, weight and packaging details.
Explain any known handling requirements and ask what additional information is needed. A partner can then assess the enquiry and clarify the scope before preparing a quote.
Agree on the scope
Make clear which parts of the movement you are asking the partner to quote. Confirm assumptions, exclusions and the period for which the proposed pricing applies directly with them.

TAKE IT WITH YOU
A specific enquiry makes it easier to identify missing information and agree on the requested service.
