All sponsor packages will come with a standard table with a fixed table number seating for one to one meetings. ( This is not anymore the same as our VIP tables ( see last events ). Although we highly appreciate your support, to give everyone a fair chance, you can only book the same sponsor package for 2 years in a Row. A 3rd year will be optional as long as the sponsor package is not booked by anyone else.

A 50 Usd administration / bank fee is applicable to all our transactions/Invoices . This fee doesnt cover only banking fees but also administration and banking fees of payments we need to make for products etc.. So this fee is NON - Negotiable.

Be noted all our invoices need to be paid within 14 days of invoice date !!!

Cancellations or Changes : cancellation Before 60 days of event with a valid reason we will grant you a 100% refund. Within 60 Days we only refund 50%, but only with valid reason and within 30 days of event start date we do NOT refund anymore. all cancellations are also subject to the terms and conditions of the contract with hotel . these terms & conditions can be advised upon request by management of freight lounge and are also available/mentioned on our meeting info page
