We are very pleased to announce that we have selected the beautiful location of Da Nang for our 3rd Annual Global Meeting. Our conference will be held from 2-5 June 2023, xin chào !!
On the back bone of our very succesful event last September in Thailand, Phuket we have now selected Vietnam as our new location for our annual global meeting . We can see world is opening up , more and more countries lift the restrictions and start treating the Covid Virus as part of life . More and More events take place and so we expect for our upcoming event that we will be able to gather even more of our Freight Lounge members and potentially new partners for another great Conference event.
Unfortunately we also see that amongst others the pandemic , but also the War in Ukraine are still having it’s effects on the World . In the 1st place it is of course very sad for the people living in these circumstances and our toughts go out to the ones suffering, but we also see that life in general becomes more expensive, inflation is at an all time high and economic recession is at our front door. In contrary to this the travel industry for 2023 expects an increase on International travelling and so we see that prices for flights , rooms but also catering have gone up considerably.
With Da Nang , Vietnam and Hyatt Regency Hotel , we have selected not only a beautifull location for our next event, but also managed to secure a great deal at a reasonable budget, we are therefore very confident we can again host a quality event for you and make sure that you have nothing to worry about, besides creating new bonds, friendships and focussing on scaling your business. We will make sure there will be a great program available to you, with even more partners to meet. DA NANG: THE CITY OF BRIDGES AND THE TAILOR CAPITAL OF THE WORLD !
Da Nang is a coastal city with a 60-km long shoreline. With smooth and sandy beaches running across the coast, Da Nang beach is voted by Forbes (U.S.) to be 1 of 6 most beautiful beaches in the world. Not only is the city famous for its beaches, Da Nang’s charm also lays in its geographical position: leaning against the majestic Truong Son mountains (or the Annamite Range), as well as having Son Tra Peninsula embracing the sea. Hai Van Pass, shaped by this ideal geographical feature is praised ‘The most marvelous scenery of all’ for having an amazing view overlooking the sea, besides the notorious dangerous curves. Since the opening of Hai Van tunnel (Viet Nam’s longest road tunnel) traffic flow and safety have improved. From then on, Hai Van Pass has become the destination to nature-loving explorers and motorists who dare to challenge themselves on these notorious routes.
Da Nang city is also home to Ba Na Hills – a well-marketed brand of Da Nang tourism. Explored and constructed since the French colonization, Ba Na Hills has increasingly become a popular tourist attraction with 2 Guiness World Records holder cable cars and the greatest indoor amusement complex in South East Asia – Fantasy Park (Sun World Danang Wonders).

For our 2023 Global Annual Meeting , we are visiting one of the most beautifull regions in Vietnam. Central Vietnam , Da Nang is where You can experience the pleasure and luxury feel of a resort by the Beach , but also can go out on a adventure in the country side, climb mountains take a dive in a lake or submerge under some beautifull waterfalls. If you didnt see enough there is a variaty of historic sites to be seen. Within the vicinity of Da Nang there is by example the Ancient Town of Hoi An, famous for it’s colorfull colonial houses and crafts.
For Freight Lounge group outing we plan to explore it all. If you are customed to our group outings, you know you will have a full day with activities, sight seeing, quality food and drinks but foremost a FUN & RELAXED day with your partners. Bonding and making friendships for Life is what our group outings are all about !
